The innovative Novogrip Press System sets this baler apart from other balers, according to the company. The Novogrip belt is made of various layers of fabric and rubber to provide strength and durability. Slats are mounted horizontally on each of the belts.
As the crop enters the bale chamber, the slats immediately grip and begin rotating the material to form the core. Available models include the V 150 XC T, CV 150 XC, V 180 XC T, F 155, and CF 155 XC. All models are equipped with EasyFlow wide pick-up.
Other products the company has released include the EasyCut 320 M and EasyCut 360 M front mount mowers that have a cutting width of 10’4” and 11’8”, respectively. These mowers allow the crop to be laid out wide and flat after being cut, allowing for quick and even dry down times.
These mowers are both lightweight and versatile. Whether working on flat ground or slopes, the company says, when the front-mount mower is paired with rear mowers the overlap is the ideal amount to ensure an even cut.
For excellent flotation, the models are mounted on a push type flotation frame and are equipped with a telescoping top link.
The company’s new SmartCut cutterbar is designed to provide a perfect cut every time in every condition, including light crops. This is accomplished by the strategic placement of the discs on the cutterbar and their rotation direction.
The discs turning outwards are set closer together to increase blade overlap for a superb quality of cut in light crops. In dense crops, the machine benefits from a larger gap between the discs turning towards each other to deliver a consistent and smooth crop flow. The combination of disc placement and rotation direction, according to the company, allow for an excellent cut in all conditions.
Quick-change blades make for fast and easy work. Beneath the disc is a spring-loaded plate. By simply inserting the quick-change tool and pressing down on this plate, the blade can easily be removed and a new blade installed. FG
