The SST-Driver, an all-new high-performance silicone liner, has just been launched by the Evolution division of Conewango Products Corp. Designed specifically for large-herd operations, the SST-Driver is crafted of long-lasting silicone and comes preloaded in a lightweight recyclable shell, saving time, labor and money.

The new liner has already proven itself on the farm in independent trials and has been successfully tested up to 6,000 milkings. The company’s goal is to save dairy producers a significant amount of time and labor by preloading the SST-Driver in its own shell, which can be simply disposed of at change-out.

The new design also features a transitional round-to-square barrel with nonround advantages, as well as a patented square hackle for secure fit and prevention of twisting. The silicone construction ensures less slip, faster milk-out and improved teat health, and is available in vented and nonvented options.

“We’re extremely excited about offering the SST-Driver to our large-herd customers who need the extended service life of silicone,” said Conewango General Manager Jeff Perkins. “The fact that the liner is preloaded in the shell makes it a tremendous labor-saver, and I know many large dairy operations will appreciate that.”

This newest addition to the family of Evolution Liners is now being made available across the U.S. Later in 2024, at World Dairy Expo in Madison, Wisconsin, producers will also have the opportunity to see the revolutionary SST-Driver in person at the Conewango booth (EH 1107).
