Amanda Kunde Beaver Dam, Wisconsin Client Service Representative ANIMART, Inc.
Please describe your agricultural background.
I grew up on a 100-cow dairy operation in east-central Wisconsin and have been exposed to the dairy industry for many years through showing dairy cattle and my involvement in 4-H, FFA and Agriculture Future of America (AFA). In college Ibroadened my knowledge of agriculture by interning withUW – Extensionin Winnebago County, working directly with 4-H youth development.
What education are you bringing with you to this position?
I graduated in May 2011 from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls, where I received my Bachelor of Science in agricultural business and a minor in Spanish. On campus, I was active in Sigma Alpha, a sorority for women excelling in agriculture. I served as 1st Vice President and my roles included being a key liaison between our active chapter and the alumni chapter.

What are your new responsibilities?
As a client service representative of the dairy and livestock division at ANIMART, Inc., which provides animal health products, supplies and solutions to producers, I will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, sharing product knowledge for on-farm solutions and educating clients about new products through inbound calls.
What excites you most about working in your new role?
I am excited for the vast learning opportunities that I will face while building relations with producers. I am eager to connect my experiences and knowledge with customers while learning new techniques and product lines within the dairy industry.

What goals would you like to accomplish while in this position?
I am dedicated to bringing solutions to ANIMART customers in their dairy and livestock businesses through building on current relationships, providing educational programs and quality products. I hope to gain various skills both personally and professionally to benefit both ANIMART and myself. PD
