What previous positions have you held?
Prior to CRV, I worked at ABS Global and BouMatic in many different roles including sales and marketing coordinator, pricing administrator, customer service representative and customer service manager.

What excites you most about working in your new role?
As CRV’s new business unit in the US, I look forward to using my organizational and customer service / relationship skills to meet their goals and objectives. Being in a support role allows me to work directly and indirectly with our customers in meeting their product and service needs.

How will you be of most help to producers in your region or area of expertise?
The milk quality education I learned at BouMatic gives me a foundation; now it's on to genetics and learning how producers can best manage their herds' health and productivity.

Why did you choose this company?
Joining CRV is a wonderful opportunity for me as they embrace personal growth and development. I'm eager to learn all I can about animal genetics as it's a very important part of dairy and beef operations. Also, CRV’s slogan of Better Cows, Better Life and Our Customers Come First are values that are near and dear to my heart – healthy, happy cows are more productive and make for happier dairy producers.
