New vehicles are a rare commodity on most ranches, according to a recent Progressive Cattle poll.
We asked readers “How often do you buy a new vehicle?” and the majority of respondents (69%) said they go 10 years or even longer before buying a new vehicle. Of the remaining respondents, 17.2% said they buy a new vehicle every six to nine years, and 13.8% said they buy one every three to five years. The last option, every one to two years, received no votes. You can imagine our shock.
