Sexing Technologies has acquired dairy genetics company Trans-America Genetics (TAG). Since its inception six years ago, TAG has expanded into more than 40 markets worldwide.

This outstanding brand development has caught the eye of many worldwide, including Sexing Technologies, who is expanding their young sire program and distribution worldwide.

“The acquisition of TAG allows Sexing Technologies to grow our brand further internationally, as well as enhance our young sire development program,” says Juan Moreno, co-CEO of Sexing Technologies.

“In order to pursue continued growth, we needed to offer greater product offerings that our customers want. The deal with Sexing Technologies allows us to do just this. We can now be part of a full research and development program,” comments TAG president, Patrice Simard.

The newly established TAG-ST is a division of Inguran LLC and will continue to operate from its existing St. Hyacinthe, Québec, location. Simard and the current management team will continue to lead TAG-ST and remain committed to carrying on the company’s growth and development. By enhancing their product offerings, the company will be able to offer their distributors and resellers greater opportunity for success. PD
