Cargill Animal Nutrition has announced it is forming an alliance with Fresno, California-based Integrated Grain and Milling, Inc., (IGM) to fully leverage the marketing teams of each organization. Under this alliance, the marketing teams will act as sales agents for each of the respective companies.

Cargill will work with IGM personnel to market dairy calf feeds and dairy mineral mixes to IGM customers in the region of Cargill’s Hanford plant. IGM, a leading commodity trading business, will offer bulk commodities through Cargill representatives to customers in the San Joaquin Valley.

“This alliance creates a tremendous synergy between Cargill Animal Nutrition and IGM,” said Russell Riecken, regional general manager for Cargill Animal Nutrition. “Cargill and IGM share a desire to enhance efficiencies and services to our existing customer bases, and believe this agreement is a natural extension of our existing relationships.” PD
