The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin (PDPW) has declared August as Hispanic Training Month and, at the suggestion of its Hispanic advisory committee, will be offering three workshops – taught totally in Spanish – for Hispanic dairy workers. In addition, in September, PDPW will offer an exclusive workshop for Hispanic Supervisors. It will also be taught in Spanish.

The Aug. 30 and 31 trainings are half-day workshops focused on different areas of interest. As a result, you can send employees to just the morning workshop or just the afternoon workshop or to both workshops for a full day of training in two different areas. Your choice.
Trainers for all workshops will be Dr. Oscar Duarte, DVM with OMMA International and Dr. Humberto Rivera, Accelerated Genetics. Both trainers are superb, will have an immediate common bond with your Hispanic employees and will give your employees extremely valuable hands-on training that should ultimately help your bottom line.
