What education are you bringing with you to this position?
I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a bachelor’s degree in dairy science with an emphasis in business.

What territory will you cover?
I will join the Vita Plus team based in Loyal, Wisconsin, and serve customers throughout central Wisconsin.

What are your new responsibilities?
As a Vita Plus dairy specialist, I will provide ration balancing, nutrition consulting and management expertise to dairy producers in central Wisconsin.

What previous positions have you held?
I held internships with Complete Feed Service in Sharon, Wisconsin, as well as the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin, based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. I also traveled abroad and worked on four dairy farms in Australia.

What excites you most about working in your new role?
I look forward to adding value for today’s dairy producers by serving as a resource and developing strategies to help them grow their businesses.

How will you be of most help to producers in your region or area of expertise?
Central Wisconsin has a very strong history of dairy production. I look forward to working with producers in this area to continually bring new technologies and management strategies to the farm to help them grow and adapt their businesses in an ever-changing industry.

Why did you choose this company?
The first thing that attracted me to Vita Plus was the great people I now get to call my co-workers. I also like that I am an employee owner and that I’m not just selling a product to producers. I am bringing value to their operations.

What goals would you like to accomplish while in this position?
As employee owners, our success depends 100 percent on the success of our customers. I want to help producers develop nutrition and management strategies that will help lead to long-term success of their businesses. PD
