Please describe your agricultural background.
I live on and manage our family-owned 230-acre, 120-cow robotic dairy farm in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. I partner with my father.

What territory will you cover?
Entire U.S.

What are your new responsibilities?
New installation and after-sales support for U.S. dealers and customers for Astrea 20.20 robotic milking systems and Urban calf feeders. This covers hardware and software support.

What previous positions have you held?
Machinery engineer, maintenance manager, project manager, strategic machinery sourcing manager in a 13-year career at a large Pennsylvania-based global industrial gas company.

Who has made the biggest impact on your career?
I have worked for many great global business leaders in my career off the farm, which have all shaped who I am, but no one has had a bigger impact on my character and where I am today than my father.

How will you be of most help to producers in your region or area of expertise?
I have a strong technical background that allows me to provide efficient engineering solutions for our dealers and customers, but everything is done through the eyes of a dairy farmer, because that is how I view everything. My dairy background allows me to relate well with our customers because I am also a user of all the products we support.

Why did you choose this company?
I'm passionate about the product, and I work with a great team of people at AMS-Galaxy-USA. I believe that we can improve quality of life and profitability for U.S. dairy farmers.

What goals would you like to accomplish while in this position?
Improve and grow a support organization that can sustain growth and increased sales of robotic milking equipment and Urban calf feeders in the U.S. PD
