CRI has awarded five high school seniors with $750 college scholarships. The scholarship recipients include Taylor Behnke of New Glarus, Wisconsin; Klay Oland of Sheldon, North Dakota; Emily Daniel of Tiffin, Ohio; Clint Dallas of Shawano, Wisconsin; and Dustin Salter of Eden, Wisconsin.

  • Logan Britton, a senior at Kansas State University, is the recipient of the 2014 Livestock Publications Council (LPC) Forrest Bassford Student Award sponsored by Alltech.
  • Horizon Organic awarded four recipients the 2014 Horizon Organic Producer Education (HOPE) Scholarship, an award that encourages young people to enter the field of organic agriculture. The students, each of whom will receive $2,500, are children or grandchildren of Horizon’s nearly 700 family farmers. PD
