What education are you bringing with you to this position?
I have an associate degree in ag production as well as a bachelor of science degree in marketing management. I also bring 15 years of sales experience in the animal agriculture industry.
Please describe your agricultural background.
I was raised on a grain and cow/calf operation in eastern Nebraska and have been selling products in the animal agriculture industry for the last 15 years.
What territory will you cover?
I will be covering Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
What are your new responsibilities?
I will be calling on nutritionists, feed mills and dairies to educate them on our products, which can help them achieve the proper balance of omega fatty acids in their dairy feed rations.
What previous positions have you held?
I was a territory manager for Schering-Plough Animal Health for Ohio and West Virginia working with veterinarians as well as beef and dairy producers. I was most recently a territory manager for AgriLabs working with veterinarians as well as beef and dairy producers in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
Who has made the biggest impact on your career?
My parents started me off by instilling a strong work ethic in me. Since then, I have had many mentors and managers who have given me great guidance over the years.
How will you be of most help to producers in your region or area of expertise?
I will be able to help them bring more profit to their dairies by improving their milk production and herd reproduction.

What goals would you like to accomplish while in this position?
I will bring awareness to the dairy industry of how the proper ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids will help producers improve production efficiency and reproductive performance in their herds. PD
