In a fun twist, Animart Inc. announces that they have appointed a cow named Anita “Annie” Bovine as Director of Communications for the dairy and livestock division, which provides animal health products, supplies and solutions to producers.
In a press release from the company, they state that “Annie will be responsible for the task of passing on breaking industry news to consumers, introducing new and exciting products and spreading smiles and laughs throughout Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and the Animart website.
“‘We believe Annie will be a great addition to the Animart team,’ said Dan Ellsworth, president of ANIMART. ‘With her knowledge of the industry and infectious smile, you can’t help but be interested in what she has to say.’
“While contributing to Animart, Annie will continue her work at Mooland Dairy, LLC where she is the top milk-producing cow in her herd. She believes her first-hand experiences will be beneficial to dairy farmers looking for solutions.
“‘I’m glad Animart is giving me this opportunity,’ said Annie. ‘Being a top milk-producing cow, I know what it takes to keep us happy and am looking forward to passing on this knowledge to producers with help from Animart.’”
