Canarm/BSM Agri Products, one of North America’s leading agricultural equipment suppliers for livestock producers, is shortening its name to Canarm AgSystems (CAS). The Canarm BSM name and logo will be phased out over the next year.
It is a business unit of Canarm Ltd., a Canadian company that manufactures products for the agriculture, HVAC and residential lighting and fan markets. The company operates in Canada, the U.S. and China, and employs 350 people.
This change signals an exciting new era for the company. The company is preparing to take a leadership role in the industry, providing more than just products by developing and supplying advanced agricultural systems and solutions for livestock producers into the future.
Canarm merged with BSM Agri more than nine years ago. The BSM Arthur, Ontario-based manufacturing facility has become the home for Canarm’s agriculture business unit. The BSM reputation for quality products and service is an important part of Canarm heritage and will remain a strong foundation of CAS. PD
