DHI-Provo's EZweights is a platform scale program to track commodities coming across a scale or being delivered to an operation. The program tracks deliveries, pickups, transfers, contracts, locations, brokers, haulers, trucks, drivers, owners, harvesters, fields and harvest information. It is easily customizable to simplify the weigh-in/weigh-out process for truck drivers.
Rugged, easy-to-use touch screen monitors can be mounted at the ends of the platform scale or inside a scale house.The program can record bill of lading, sample information, dry matter percentage, hauling costs and other detailed information. It will compute per-unit yield values such as average bale weight and tons per acre. It can also adjust costs and yields to a fixed dry matter percent value.
The program can run standalone or it can be interfaced with the EZfeed feed management system to transfer ingredient and inventory information (feed and milk) between the two programs. PD
