Supervisor Systems’ new Hoof Connect software – the on-farm version of Hoof Supervisor – eliminates paper records. The trimmer leaves the dairy manager with a data stick containing the information from a trim session. The manager can then run reports and graphs to identify hoof health issues.
Hoof data can be sorted and evaluated by days in milk, month, pen, age of animal, etc. Data from multiple chutes can be organized in one location with convenient followup reports to ensure that no cow falls through the cracks.PD—From Supervisor Systems news release
