MacroAir Technologies recently announced the launch of a new Installation and Warranty Upgrade Program, a program designed to demonstrate confidence in their products and the company's commitment to quality and service to customers.


For more than 15 years, MacroAir has developed high volume low speed (HVLS) air-circulating fan products with quality, equipment life and service in mind. And now with the introduction of the Installation and Warranty Upgrade Program, MacroAir customers can rest assured that their HVLS air movement systems will always be running at peak performance and offering optimum energy efficiency and comfort.

The versatile new program was designed with three options to meet the needs of all MacroAir customers. Option number one includes installation of a new MacroAir HVLS air movement system by a factory trained and certified technician. Not only does this ensure the highest quality of installation, it also includes a 100 percent coverage guarantee for the first 10 years the system is in operation.

Option number two is designed for customers who have already purchased and installed their MacroAir system. Once the system has been installed, within 60 days, a MacroAir representative will inspect the installation and certify the fan. Not only does this ensure that the system is installed correctly and according to manufacturer specifications, including Article 15 compliance, it also includes a 100 percent coverage guarantee for the first 10 years the fan is in operation.

Option number three is designed for fans already installed that do not meet the requirements for Article 15 compliance. With a low annual fee, customers can ensure that their MacroAir fan continues to perform at its maximum potential. Each fan will receive an initial quality inspection and receive a certification, allowing for a 100 percent coverage guarantee.

All three options include one preventative maintenance inspection annually. In the unlikely event that a MacroAir fan may require service, complete coverage of all labor costs associated with the repair, as well as all part costs (including shipping and handling charges) and all equipment costs and rental fees, for a low $50.00 deductible per service call.

Although certain restrictions may apply, the Installation and Warranty Upgrade Program was designed to meet the needs of every MacroAir customer.
