Danuser showcases the Mega Mixer
Eliminate backbreaking labor with the Danuser Mega Mixer – from concrete to livestock feed, scoop, mix and dispense a wide variety of materials with ease.
With adjustable mounting brackets and pallet fork tine slots on both sides, conveniently dispense left or right. Built-in cutting edges and a robust design make it well suited for scooping from piles. Comes standard with dual safety grates, including integrated bag busters that can be opened individually from either side.
Choose from two models: the rubber-flighted auger (R75) or the all-steel auger (S75). Each Mega Mixer includes two 2-foot multi-link chutes that store conveniently on the bucket. Additional chutes are available with chain mounting holes for stronger support. A lockable discharge flap limits spilling and allows for faster material mixing.
With features like chute storage, pin holders, easy-to-read yardage markers and a robust 8-inch diameter auger coupled directly to a heavy-duty, low-speed, high-torque motor capable of dispensing 3/4 yard of material in 35 seconds (up to 2-inch diameter gravel), the mixer will save time on the farm or jobsite. Unit ships complete, including hoses and flat face ISO couplers.
Cardinal’s new truck scales with digital SmartCells
Cardinal Scale’s new Armor series digital truck scales with SmartCell load cells offer a lifetime of heavy-duty weighing use. Armor truck scales feature 135-ton capacity, 50-ton CLC, no moving parts below the scale deck including the load cells, more structural steel, SmartCell stainless steel waterproof digital load cells, and IoT-enabled iSite remote monitoring software.
The state-of-the-art, debris-inhibiting load cell stand design limits obstructions to the scale’s performance with the digital load cells mounted high within the stand near the scale deck. The load cell stands are fabricated from 1-inch-thick steel to minimize rust and corrosion damage and ensure long-term strength and durability. The long-lasting baked-on tan powder coat paint finish ensures a lifetime of trouble-free protection. The Cloud-based iSite remote monitoring software offers email and text alerts to ensure your scale is performing during peak operations.
The NTEP legal-for-trade Armor series arrives fully prepared for quick installation with load cell stands preinstalled. The company’s unique axis frictionless centering system provides gravity-driven dynamic centering to restrain deck movement and vibration. Each weighbridge features interconnecting load blocks and receivers for efficient, no-bolt installation. Enhanced rodent protection is standard throughout the truck scale using braided wiring and conduit integral throughout each scale module.
Fransgard introduced front-mounted rake
With one tractor and one operator, two windrows can be raked into one windrow in the front of the tractor, while hay can be baled with a baler pulled behind, for just one pass in the field.
Fransgard now offers the conventional design twin-rotor hay rake for mounting on the front end of most loaders. The Fransgard TI6000FL, hydraulic drive, front-mounted rake is available with three loader mounts – Euro, SMS, three-point – and a universal mount for adapting bolt-on or weld-on mounts.
Growers can adjust swath hydraulically according to the tractor wheelbase and baler or silage wagon intake width. The front-mounted rake handles windrow widths from 36 to 72 inches. It is recommended for tractors with a minimum of 100 hp, 12 gpm of oil flow and oil cooler. Cam-activated rake arms ensure gentle crop treatment.
New Rapide 8400 Plus loader wagon
With the arrival of the Rapide 8400 Plus, Schuitemaker is launching a new dual-purpose loader wagon with an overall capacity of 48m³ (53 tons).
The wagon is standard fitted with BKT 750/60 R26.5 FL630 Super tires. This tire stands 62 inches tall. Optionally, different sizes and brands of tires are available up to 162 centimeters in diameter and up to 33.5 inches in width.
The advantage of the larger tires and the optional tire pressure control system (axles are standard prepared for this) is the preservation of the soil structure due to less ground compaction.
The reduction of soil pressure is important during the maize and grass harvest, as it is often necessary to harvest on wet, barely passable terrain.
The Rapide 8400 Plus comes standard with a 40-ton hydraulically sprung, electric-hydraulically steered BPW tridem. This provides the wagon with an excellent road-holding ability. Ideal for long-distance transport, which is commonplace today.
Operating the new, simple touch screen is done from the tractor cabin. In 2016, the company introduced this screen for the Rapide 100 and 1000 series.
Operating the wagon via ISOBUS is also possible. Furthermore, this wagon is standard fitted with a hydraulic front board (ideal for clearing a maize parcel) and a hydraulic pressure filter. As an optional extra, the wagon can be fitted with an NIR sensor system for real-time dry matter measurements, grass composition and a weighing system.
