What’s happening to agricultural land values? USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service released the 2013 land values report, indicating an average 5 percent increase in farm real estate and pasture value.
The highest farm real estate values were reportedly in the Cornbelt region, and the lowest values were in the Mountain region.
Pasture values saw the highest percentage increase in the Northern Plains region at 18.4 percent.
