The anniversary event featured several industry speakers, as well as a tour of the new FGI research facility. Representatives from W-L, FGI, Monsanto and “Mr. Alfalfa,” Vern Marble from UC Davis, discussed how the alfalfa industry has evolved and where it is heading in the future.
