Virginia’s Northern Piedmont agriculture, located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains will be at its best in May. You will make lifelong friends here,” states Carl Stafford event chair.

“We want this to be an enjoyable and affordable experience for the attendees. Plus folks will get to experience beautiful Virginia countryside, hospitality and home cooking associated with Graves Mountain Lodge,” states Robert Shoemaker, Virginia Forage and Grassland Council president.

The tour will feature stops at some of the leading forage operations in the region as well as educational presentations, the AFGC National Hay Contest, and equipment display and demonstration at a local operation.
