Vermeer introduces 504 PRO Baler
The new 504 PRO Baler from Vermeer is built to handle the demands of heavy, wet material for frequent silage baling.
The 5-foot-by-4-foot variable chamber baler has heavy drive components for effective silage baling, and also offers the features and flexibility to produce high quality bales in a variety of materials.
With the standard, color touchscreen E-Link Pro monitor, baling operations can be easily controlled from the cab.
Rancher Balers from Vermeer: The next generation
This line offers customers a right-sized, right-priced baler for their ranch, with the ability to produce large-diameter bales that can be easily moved and fed. The next generation is here with the Rancher 6640 and Rancher 6650 Balers.
Standard flotation tires on the Rancher 6640 and 6650 Balers offer improved flotation for smoother handling on rough terrains over previous Rancher Baler models.
In addition, the improved design of the Haysaver wheels make adjustments simple, using just a few turns of the wrench, and the addition of a radial pin clutch at the pick-up provides better durability and reliability.
The new Rancher Balers come standard with the Bale Expert monitor offering user-friendly functionality such as bale shape sensing, real-time bale size data and optional moisture sensing.
Redesigned LB4 square balers from Case
Case IH has redesigned the new LB4 Series large square baler for both style and function. The design changes encompass both internal and external changes that make the balers significantly more efficient than previous models.
The redesigned LB4s feature a high-inertia flywheel that is 19 percent larger than previous models, for improved performance in uneven windrows. The new, high-capacity pickup features a roller windguard, feed-assist roller and faster rpm’s to maximize crop flow into the baler.
The gearbox runs at 48 strokes per minute to put crop through the machine quicker and more efficiently. FG
