“We’ve all had that moment when we’re pretty sure we closed the gate or pretty sure the weather was going to hold off, only to discover, at the worst possible time, that pretty sure isn’t sure,” says Ryan Messner, product manager, U.S. corn and soybean herbicides, Dow AgroSciences.
The contest is designed to remind growers of the confidence and dependability SureStart herbicide provides to their weed control program for conventional or herbicide-tolerant corn.
Benefit to farmers feeding the world
Submissions for the Pretty Sure Photo Contest are encouraged through June 16. For every entry received, Dow AgroSciences will donate $5, up to $5,000, to Farmers Feeding the World.
Following the submission period, Dow AgroSciences will select the top three pretty sure moments, which will be unveiled the week of June 24.
The three winners will have a choice from four prizes: a Generac portable generator, Nikon digital SLR camera, Garmin GPS or the new iPad. FG
