The 2015 calendar will showcase a collection of 27 newly developed, simple and easy recipes, from soups to desserts, to create delicious and nutritious meal ideas that the whole family will enjoy and encourage Canadians to consume more dairy products made from 100% Canadian Milk.
To mark Dairy Farmers of Ontario’s 50th anniversary, a special edition will be distributed in Ontario only. The regular edition will be distributed in Atlantic Canada and Western provinces.
From Jan. 5, 2015 to Jan. 4, 2016, users will be invited to participate in an online contest on milkcalendar.ca/contest where they can view the monthly recipe video and answer a question for a chance to win a monthly prize consisting of a $750 grocery voucher. (The retailer is the choice of the winner.) It will be advertised online, as well as in the printed calendar.
- Recipes featured in the 2015 edition were created by Heather Trim, food writer and stylist, recipe developer and spokeswoman on various food networks. PD
