In a recent online poll, Progressive Cattleman asked, “Should meat raised from livestock that consume GMO feed be exempted from GMO food labeling laws?”

Twelve percent said they do not know. The rest of the vote was split. Forty-two percent said yes, the meat should be exempt from GMO labeling laws. However, by a few more votes, the majority (46 percent) said no, the meat should not be exempt from labeling laws.
