Anes holds a bachelor of science degree in business marketing from California State University – Fresno. Anes joined the Alltech team in 2008 as a marketing intern and worked her way up to territory marketing coordinator in California, a position she held for three years before joining the New Mexico team.

Anes is excited to utilize her education, skills and experience to help farmers in the south central U.S. in their efforts to continue feeding the world.

A third-generation farmer, Hughes was active with 4-H throughout her upbringing and maintains her love for agriculture by helping her husband with their beef farm today. She has a master’s degree in education and has been teaching for 30 years.

Hughes joined Alltech in October 2013 as the office assistant for New Mexico and brings a wealth of experience to the role and team.

“I am excited to have Tracie join the New Mexico team because she will bring stability to the position and will help this region reinvent itself. Tracie brings years of experience, understands what our team needs and is an outstanding team player,” said Eric Hibbard, New Mexico regional manager for Alltech.

“Jo is a perfect fit for the New Mexico office. She brings a warm, local presence to the office, is very hard working and her knowledge of the dairy and beef business in the region will help the team tremendously.”
