According to a recent Progressive Cattle online poll, when you decide take on additional help on the ranch, you had better be prepared to fire as well has hire them.
Progressive Cattle asked readers, "Have you ever fired an employee?"
Out of all the respondents, almost 38% had never hired extra help. Of the 62% left, more than 48% had fired an employee, while almost 14% had not (yet) fired a hired hand.
