Giving thanks and giving back are at the forefront this time of year. These also are characteristics of dairy farmers, who continue to help people who struggle with food insecurity. Estimates from Feeding America, the country’s largest hunger-relief organization, indicate that 42 million Americans, including 13 million children, may face food insecurity in 2021.
