Who are the most influential people in Canada’s dairy industry?

We all know those people who have helped the Canadian dairy industry become the powerhouse it is today. From dairy producers to those who built bull studs to your local 4-H leader – who is it that has influenced you and others through the years? We are seeking their nominations from you in order that they are recognized for their contributions in an upcoming article. The process is simple; write 200 to 300 words as to why you think your nominee is influential. We’ve included more details on page 45. I am looking forward to seeing your nominees, as we all know a few folks who definitely should make the list.

What is your favourite artisan cheese?

Each year, we feature delicious cheese made from artisans across Canada. While we have great fun searching for these cheesemakers, we’d like you to be part of the process. Send us the name of your local cheesemaker, the brand of your favourite cheese or where you’ve found the tastiest cheese in all of Canada. You can send your nominations for your favorite cheese to katie@progressivepublish.com

Do you have spectacular photos?

My colleague, Matti McBride, is looking for pictures. Photos of your farms, your cows, your family on the farms with your cows – you get the idea. Please include your name, the farm name and the names of any identifiable people in the photos. We’d like to share your photography talent, so send those along to matti@progressivepublish.com and we’ll highlight your social media channel as a thank you.
