J&D Manufacturing is planning to show the Super Magnum at the 2023 World Dairy Expo in booth EH 2001-2105. The company has taken its Magnum fan and increased its performance by 18%. This 58-inch exhaust fan now delivers 50,002 CFM at 0.1-inch SP. The Super Magnum is freight-efficient, getting 55 fans on one truck. It is variable speed with driver included. Run the Super Magnum at 60% speed and still get 25,996 CFM at 0.1-inch SP while getting 27.1 CFM per watt. This versatile fan will save on energy costs when it is run at slower speeds.
MagFan, 4-D Comfy Mat

There will be four new products available from 4-D Ag World. First off, 4-D Air by DACS introduces the MagFan. It is 30% more efficient due to a magnet motor and specially designed impeller.
Looking for new cow mattresses? The 4-D Comfy mat is an alternative option for dairy farms that switch to digesters. Check out the 4-D Cool cow mattress, which is a mattress to increase overall comfort and relaxation levels. Both need less additional bedding, which decreases manual labor.
Talking about employee comfort, the company is introducing two fatigue mats – a hollow ring mat and one with interlocking tiles.
