New Holland introduces digital technology enhancements for customers worldwide

New Holland is introducing new advancements in its precision technology stack to make farming easier, more sustainable and more efficient for its customers.

FieldOps web and mobile platform and Connectivity Included feature become part of New Holland’s technology offering, both designed to help customers have a seamless experience across New Holland’s digital and connected platforms.

The new FieldOps web and mobile farm management platform, first previewed in April 2024, is now live and available for download on the iOS App Store and Android Play Store. FieldOps is a versatile farm management tool that helps farmers expand their productivity from anywhere, anytime by taking their farm operations data and details and simplifying them into one platform that’s easy to use, understand and connect.

Built to enable farmers to view and monitor all their CNH machines in one place, FieldOps provides one streamlined platform for everyone – at every skill level, crop specialty, region and size of operation. Farmers will be able to monitor every machine in real time, remotely view in-cab displays to deliver better feedback to their operators and see layers of agronomic data – all in one platform.

Customers can download the new mobile app to view their connected machines. Existing MyPLM Connect users can easily transition to FieldOps: Their data will already be there when they log in.

Kuhn Optimer L and XL high-speed compact discs

Kuhn North America Inc. is pleased to add to the Kuhn Optimer L and Optimer XL high-speed compact disc lineup with the addition of four new models: the Optimer L 9000/12000 and the Optimer XL 9000/12000. These high-performing compact discs are available in 30-foot (9-meter) and 40-foot (12-meter) working widths to meet the needs of large crop operations.

Standard notched disc blades are nearly a quarter-inch (6-millimeter) thick for greater durability and a longer wear life. Each blade mounts to its own arm at a compound angle to create a high-quality cutting and mixing action. The Optimer L uses 20-inch (510-millimeter) diameter blades best suited to high speeds, shallow working depths and lighter residue loads. The Optimer XL features larger 24-inch (620-millimeter) diameter blades to work deeper or in tougher residue conditions.

Steady Control is a standard feature on all Optimer 9000 and 12000 models. Hydraulic control allows the operator to set the down pressure of the main frame and wings independently to optimize working depth, ground following and draft control in all types of terrain.

All Optimer models include deflector discs as standard on both the left and right sides. These discs catch soil and residue thrown from the disc blades and deflect it downward into the path of the roller, reducing the formation of ridges and promoting an even, level field finish.

Bobcat Company expands product lineup with backhoe loader

Bobcat Company has expanded its North American product lineup with the introduction of the B760 backhoe loader. Designed with legendary Bobcat performance and versatility, the B760 offers the most digging depth in its size class. With a wide range of job site solutions built into one tough machine, the backhoe loader features an impressive lift capacity of more than 2,200 pounds at full reach; digging depth of 18 feet, 5 inches; and nearly 180 degrees of backhoe swing for less repositioning and fast cycle times.

The backhoe loader comes with a standard-equipped extendable arm that provides up to 8 inches of additional dig depth compared to other machines of the same size. The B760’s performance and versatility extend throughout the machine, with the front-end loader providing a lift capacity of 7,985 pounds with its standard, general purpose bucket.

“The new B760 helps operators accomplish more on the job site with its dig, load and carry versatility,” said Jamison Wood, Bobcat product development specialist. “The backhoe loader is designed for durability, easy operation, simple maintenance and incredible performance. Its size keeps it accessible on sites with limited space, while its impressive travel speeds keep operators productive across large job sites.”

Powered by a turbocharged 3.4-liter Bobcat engine, the B760 delivers powerful, high-torque performance and efficiency. It achieves emissions compliance without the use of a diesel particulate filter (DPF).

New Holland Agriculture North America debuts the new CR10 combine, the next step in harvest excellence

Heading into the 2025 season, New Holland Agriculture is launching the new CR10 combine, a combine that continues to redefine how farmers lower their total cost of harvesting. The new CR10 joins the previously launched CR11 and is set to maximize output, minimize grain loss and address operational economics in a platform that features the next generation of harvesting technology.

At the heart of the CR10 is a powerful 12.9-liter FPT Cursor 13 engine, delivering an impressive 635 horsepower. Paired with a substantial 455-bushel grain tank boasting a grain unload rate of 4.5 bushels per second, the CR10 demonstrates high-caliber efficiency during peak harvest periods.

Its extended twin rotors are designed to optimize threshing and separation performance. Coupled with the Dynamic Feed Roll (DFR) system, which accelerates crop flow and evenly distributes it to the longitudinal threshing and separating rotors, the CR10 guarantees high throughput with minimal blockage even in challenging crop conditions like heavy weed pressure and uneven crop maturity.

Taking grain cleaning to new heights, the CR10 features the TwinClean cleaning shoe. This innovative system incorporates two sieve systems and advanced automation sensors that continuously monitor and adjust for even material distribution, ensuring superior grain quality and minimal losses.

The drivetrain on the CR10 features a two-speed hydrostatic transmission. Customers can choose from the proven SmartTrax hydraulic suspended rubber track technology or a selection of new tire offerings, which includes larger dual sizes and LSW tires that help minimize soil compaction, to customize the CR10 to best fit their operational needs.
