Please describe your agricultural background.
I have been riding horses since I was 3 years old and have a strong passion for them. I have also grown up with a farming background and have worked on different farms throughout my life. I also like to help on my husband’s family dairy farm.
What are your new responsibilities?
I work with an outside sales rep placing orders and making calls to our customers. I will go over any specials we may have going on and will be a source of information if they need it.
What previous positions have you held?
I have milked on farms, and before coming to this company worked at a small animal vet clinic.
Who has made the biggest impact on your career?
My husband and children have made a huge impact. My husband always tells me to go for what I want and he always is there to support me. I want to be the best I can for my children and when I see them it makes me want to work hard.
How will you be of most help to producers in your region or area of expertise?
I will be here to answer questions for our producers and get the products they need to help them succeed.
Why did you choose this company?
I grew up in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, and this company was the go-to place for all their animal needs. They always had such a nice staff working for them and very helpful. I have always wanted to work for them. I was very excited to finally get that chance and be a part of a great company!
What goals would you like to accomplish while in this position?
I want to be a great key source for our customers to get the service and knowledge they need to be better.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself here, being the best I can for our producers. PD
